This month’s Doko lunch special is a rich one. February’s Chef Feature is A5 Tallow Rice by Chef Jacob. Finished with cancha furikake, plum wine–pickled onion, yuzu kosho chimichurri, and an onsen egg, with the option to add seared A5 for the full experience.

Available daily for lunch, 11am–4pm.
